He has been involved in designing and implementation of corporate strategies in the financial services, telecom sector amongst others. He is a skilled facilitator: including management of retreats and workshops. His competencies and focus include financial planning and design, management development issues, Performance management design and implementation and corporate governance.

Agbaje is professional banker with over 24 years of exciting career in the Nigerian banking sector. He has sound knowledge of banking operations and credit management to mention a few.
Agbaje is an honorary member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), an alumnus of prestigious University of Manchester, U.K., London Business School, U.K. and Lagos Business School.

Enitan Jones is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Fate Foundation.
Enitan worked with Starcomms Nigeria Limited, a leading PTO in the Telecommunication sector as the General Manager Sales, where he helped set up the Sales/Marketing function. He has been involved in projects related to strategy generation & reviews and repositioning for organizations such as Celtel (now Airtel) Nigeria and W.A.E.C.

Adio is a consultant with over 20 years experience in such areas as Strategy, Information Systems, Human Capital Development and e-business. He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and Theseus International Management Institute in France. Adio was the Pioneer Automation Manager of KLM Dutch Airlines for Nigeria and Central Africa. He is responsible for our IT, security and business continuity designs and trainings.
